Amazing Opportunities with Simonini!

It occurred to me today that as a company we do a great job of checking in with our homeowners, and our realtors, and our prospects, and making them aware of the great neighborhoods, homes and homesites that we have available, BUT that we don't really do that for our online friends!

With that in mind, I put together this list of our available homesites and some basic info on all our communities, and a little "inside scoop" on why these are such great deals. Some of the homesite pricing is truly remarkable and I bet you know someone who would be really surprised and excited to find out that:

1) We have 3 lots available in Troutman in Falls Cove, a great Crescent community that is on Lake Norman. These lots are only $49,900 each! We could build one of our new St Simons plans on these lots for under $450K. We paid over $100K each for these lots. These prices are great because we are focusing our efforts on our communities and veering away from building one house here and one house there . . . .our loss is definitely your gain!

2) We also own, and would love to sell, two lots in The Farms, a Crescent community just outside The Point, in Mooresville, these lots too are listed at only $49,900.

3) In The Point, we still have 4 opportunities to build (but we would also sell just the lots if you wanted to build with someone else . . .now who would want that?) Homesite 1016 in Sconset Village is just $49,900, Homesite 1007 is WATERFRONT for only $399,900!
