With that in mind, I put together this list of our available homesites and some basic info on all our communities, and a little "inside scoop" on why these are such great deals. Some of the homesite pricing is truly remarkable and I bet you know someone who would be really surprised and excited to find out that:
1) We have 3 lots available in Troutman in Falls Cove, a great Crescent community that is on Lake Norman. These lots are only $49,900 each! We could build one of our new St Simons plans on these lots for under $450K. We paid over $100K each for these lots. These prices are great because we are focusing our efforts on our communities and veering away from building one house here and one house there . . . .our loss is definitely your gain!
2) We also own, and would love to sell, two lots in The Farms, a Crescent community just outside The Point, in Mooresville, these lots too are listed at only $49,900.
3) In The Point, we still have 4 opportunities to build (but we would also sell just the lots if you wanted to build with someone else . . .now who would want that?) Homesite 1016 in Sconset Village is just $49,900, Homesite 1007 is WATERFRONT for only $399,900! Lot 384 is fabulous for $179,900 and then there is 1376 . . . waterfront with a dock for $704K . . . don't ask me what we bought this one for . . .it's hard for me to talk about it.
4) Two other opportunities in South Charlotte Crescent Communities are Lot 38 at Chapel Cove for $139,900 and Lot 164 in Springfield for $169,900.
5) We have only one homesite left in Connor Quay for $199,900 -- waterview and deeded boatslip comes with!
In every one of these cases, we are selling these lots for WAY less that what we paid, in great communities, with great ammenities!
Now, if you really want LAND and not just a lot . . . we have 5 homesites left in the gated community, Arbor Oaks, in Cabarrus County. These sites range in size from 2 to 4+ acres and start at just $199K. You could buy here and hold onto your little piece of green until you're ready to build . . . and finally . ..
There is The Pavilion-- 20 beautiful BIG (over 1.5 aces each) treed lots with rain gardens and gorgeous rolling topography, between Huntersville and Concord off of exit 23! Ask me all about them (or if you're in the office . . . ask Rick!)
These are just the homesites that you could buy, and build on later, or build on never, or build on with someone else if you wanted.
